Applications are invited from candidates with experience in:
Customer Services, Administration, Call Centre Operations, Inbound and Outbound Call Handling.
Salary: £11.44
Location: Northampton, NN4, parking available.
To Start: ASAP, subject to an informal meeting with the client.
Duration: Temporary, possibly Temp to Perm without legal obligation.
Hours of work: Core hours Monday – Friday, 08.30 - 17.00, 37.5 hours a week.

The Role:
Applicants will need to evidence experience working in a busy varied customer services environment with some understanding of general administrative tasks.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Inbound and outbound telephone liaison to handle enquiries.
2. Data entry and responding to emails, training provided.
3. Handling complaints and resolving (full training provided).
4. Taking payments over the telephone.
5. Scanning, checking and inputting paperwork into a database.
6. Responding to emails and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Excellent customer services skills and a clear telephone manner.
2. Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
