Role Overview The Fleet People Operations team partners with our Cunard and P&O Cruises fleet to provide the right people at the right time. Through planning and coordination, our teams work collaboratively, supporting colleagues through their employee life cycle of recruitment, on boarding, rotations, logistics, training, policy compliance and more. As the first point of contact for employment queries, we’re accessible and responsive to our people, with a constant focus on creating a great candidate and colleague experience to help realise our aim of being 'Travel Employer of Choice'. This pivotal role will involve: Being accountable for the delivery of the resourcing requirements for P&O Cruises within our fleet Acting as subject matter experts for talent acquisition, assessment, and onboarding to ensure Carnival UK stay in line with industry best practices This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, 6 month fixed term basis.
