We are looking for someone with dedication, passion and ability to join us as a Systems Trainer & Product Consultant. This is a field-based role, responsible for assisting and educating Tevalis customers on all aspects of the Tevalis solution. Education comes in the form of training, advising, and assessing system efficiency. Tevalis is a well-established and rapidly growing industry-leading EPOS, Enterprise, and integrated technology solutions provider with offices in the UK, Middle East, and APAC regions. Using our development expertise and industry knowledge, we build in house EPOS systems, solutions, and services to the hospitality industry of all shapes and sizes, from single independent operators to enterprise multi-site chains and leading brands. We currently support on-premises systems and enterprise platforms for more than 2,000 operators globally. Our clients operate in key sectors that include Restaurants, Food Halls, Pubs and Clubs, Quick Service and Kiosks, Hotels, Theatres and Cinemas, Private Members’ Clubs, Hotels, Leisure Venues and Stadia & Arena. Roles and Responsibilities Providing new and existing clients with online and onsite training on all Tevalis products. Providing Tevalis staff with online and office-based training. Holding scheduled Webinars on specific topics. Performing on-site support for new and existing clients. Support the Project Teams will all aspects of client onboarding. Reviewing site and product configuration and providing client feedback. Holding client workshops to review and amend system configuration. Attending client sites to troubleshoot product and system configuration issues. Performing Stock Builds. Performing requests made by clients with managed services. Providing product and system configuration advice to Tevalis team members. Attending Account or Project meetings to support Tevalis team members. Supporting the Onboarding team with System Build. Assisting Project Managers and Clients during UAT phase of the Project. Expected Skills Organised. Clearly spoken. An analytical approach. Experience in a previous training role. A high level of professionalism. Desired Skills Exceptional Customer Service skills. A training qualification. Experience working in a software environment. An aptitude for arithmetic. Pay & Hours of Work In addition to the usual Tevalis benefits, this role attracts a starting salary of £30,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week. Location & hours of work This is a field-based role with the requirement to attend the office at Bridgehead Business Park, Hessle when requested.
