Reporting to: Sales Manager
Key Role Objectives
1. Contact qualified customer inquiries
2. Manage incoming requests
3. Process orders
4. Create and deliver invoices
5. Qualify incoming inquiries
6. CRM management
7. Price list maintenance
What You Will Need
1. Experience of minimum 2 years in a sales office environment
2. Solution-oriented, wanting to exceed customer expectations
3. Good communication skills – verbally and written
4. Ability to work in a team (close contact with the Logistics Team, Customer, and Sales Team)
5. Software knowledge (MS Office and preferably SAP Business One)
The salary will ultimately be based on the perfect candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to their team.
