Skirting 4 U is a leading manufacturer and supplier of bespoke skirting boards, architrave, and other interior mouldings. Every product is made to order and delivered across the UK.

We are seeking a confident, personable individual with excellent telephone skills to join our friendly yet fast-paced customer service team in Aldridge.

Key responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively both on and off the phone, handling inbound customer calls and assisting with inquiries about our products and services.
* Strong writing skills are essential, as you will be responding to customers via online chat and addressing customer reviews.
* Answer both general and specific questions regarding the company's products and services.
* Process orders by generating sales quotations and handling transactions, including order cancellations and product returns.
* Effectively manage and resolve customer issues, ensuring successful complaint resolution.
* Coordinate with drivers and couriers to provide customers with delivery updates.
* Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with in-depth product knowledge, enabling you to assist customers confidently and excel in the role.

Office hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break.
30 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.60 per hour
