About the role:
As our Senior Chef De Partie you must be quick-thinking, adaptable and calm under pressure. You will often be responsible for making changes with short notice when certain supplies – or staff – don’t arrive in time for service. You will be a pivotal link between the Sous Chef, Head Chef and the entire team. This is a vital role in our kitchen environment.
An experienced Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service is kept in line with the kitchen standards of procedures and supporting the Sous and Head Chef in maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene as well as leading the team during service when required.

Who you are:
1. Hold experience within a similar role
2. Be correctly dressed and understand the importance of high personal hygiene standards
3. Ensure that you are aware of, and uphold, all appropriate Risk Assessments
4. This is not a 9-5 role and you will be expected to work to the business needs during the relevant service periods including weekends.
5. You will also have a proven track record of exemplary food safety and hygiene.
