Responsibilities:
1. Take the lead role on an allocation of clients appropriate to size and complexity.
2. Provide support to the lead Secretaries on the larger and more complex clients, acting as a second point of contact to the Trustees and key stakeholders.
3. Support the efficient and timely delivery of services to clients on schemes where appointed as Scheme Secretary, monitoring actions and service levels.
4. When required, represent at Trustee meetings, client review meetings, and any other client related meetings, on schemes where appointed as Scheme Secretary.
5. Where required, act as cover and point of contact on all schemes and client related projects on the Secretarial and Support team.
6. Co-ordination of Trustee meetings and sub-committees including venue arrangements and attendees.
7. Preparation and timely dispatch of meeting packs for Trustee meetings and sub-committees, including liaising with the Chair and other key stakeholders.
8. Where required, attendance at Trustee meetings and sub-committees, including taking the minutes, producing and managing an Action Log.
Experience Required:
9. Pensions experience is essential either as a scheme secretary or senior pensions administrator
10. Basic knowledge of UK occupational pension schemes (DB, DC, or Hybrid)
11. Presentation skills
12. Great Organisational skills
