Life Model
Surbiton High School seeks an experienced Life Drawing Model to support our Senior School Art Department. The role involves modelling for life drawing classes, where pupils study the anatomy of the human body. The successful candidate should be comfortable posing both clothed and unclothed. The Teacher will refer to the body as part of the class and discuss pupil work in relation to this. The model will work in a practical studio environment with various equipment and materials.
Tenure: Casual, Autumn and Spring term (September – April)
Hours: 1.5 hours per week, Wednesday
Salary: £40 per session
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the artistic development of pupils at Surbiton High School. In order to provide variety of form, we are particularly interested in hearing from female life models to join our current life model team. If you meet the criteria and are passionate about supporting young artists, we would love to hear from you.
