工作职责:
1. 策划并执行电商网站的拉新、促销及品牌推广活动,确保流量和销售目标的达成;
2. 负责活动的全流程管理,包括前期策划、组织协调、执行落地及后期效果评估与优化;
3. 监测并分析活动数据,及时发现并解决运营问题,持续优化活动形式,提升活动效果;
4. 负责电商网站内容页面及商品的日常维护,包括产品上下架、信息更新、页面优化及用户体验提升;
5. 协助用户分层管理,参与私域流量策略的制定与推广,推动用户生命周期管理及精准触达,提升用户活跃度与满意度。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,英语可作为工作语言,具备良好的跨文化沟通能力;
2. 对电商行业及智能电子产品有浓厚兴趣,熟悉欧美市场及跨境电商平台运营规则;
3. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力,能够高效推动跨部门协作,确保项目顺利落地;
4. 学习能力强,能够快速掌握各类运营工具(如Google Analytics、WordPress等),并灵活运用于实际工作中;
5. 具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力,能够通过数据驱动决策,优化运营策略。
Position: Website Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute user acquisition, promotional, and brand promotion campaigns for e-commerce websites to achieve traffic and sales targets.
2. Manage the end-to-end process of campaigns, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-campaign evaluation and optimization.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign data, identify and resolve operational issues, and continuously innovate campaign formats to enhance effectiveness.
4. Oversee daily maintenance of e-commerce website content and product pages, including product listing updates, information updates, page optimization, and user experience improvement.
5. Assist in user segmentation management, participate in the development and promotion of private traffic strategies, and support user lifecycle management and targeted outreach to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with English as a working language and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
2. Passionate about e-commerce and smart electronics, with a solid understanding of the European and American markets and cross-border e-commerce platforms.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration and ensure successful project execution.
4. Strong learning agility, capable of quickly mastering various operational tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress) and applying them effectively.
5. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, able to leverage data to optimize operational strategies and decision-making.
