Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing, London
Contract Type: Flexible (3-5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individual learning plans.
* Manage and support students with challenging behaviour, promoting positive engagement.
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
* Foster a positive relationship with students, helping them to build confidence and thrive.
Key Requirements:
o Experience working with children with SEN and challenging behaviour.
o A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
o Strong communication and teamwork skills.
o Ability to adapt to different needs and support individual learning styles.
o Experience in an educational or support role is desirable but not essential.
