We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager with proven experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviour. The successful individual will lead and deliver the specialist care and support required, supervising a busy staff team and delivering exceptional service. This is a new home opening up towards the end of December, therefore we are looking for an immediate start to help organise and shape the future of our new supported living service.

Residents will be encouraged to be out and about, enjoying life together, and no single day will be the same.
Our home provides 24-hour supported living care and is built on the belief that we are here to ensure we can provide an outstanding service for each individual. Each resident will have a key care worker who will provide them with individual support and guidance throughout the day.
