Job summary
The post-holder will develop and implement an effective digital innovation strategy to improve digital transformation delivery in the ICS, promoting innovation across the Organisation. Taking the lessons learned from the successful delivery of the Digital First Programme, the post-holder is responsible for providing overall management of digital transformation across North West London to support, develop and transform digital pathways to improve access to care and deliver better outcomes for patients and working closely with colleagues across the sector, ensuring coherent strategy.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for:
Strategic Planning:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital innovation and transformation strategy aligned with the ICS Digital and Data Strategy.
* Identify emerging technologies and formulate implementation plans to support integrated working.
* Review and align existing digital transformation initiatives across the ICS.
Delivery of Digitally Enabled Pathways:
* Collaborate with borough and programme teams to deliver transformation programmes and priorities.
* Implement digital solutions such as online consultations, telehealth platforms, data analytics tools, and mobile applications.
* Foster a culture of innovation within the organisation.
Change Management and Technical Implementation:
* Lead change management efforts to support the implementation of digitally enabled services and tools.
* Develop and implement change management plans that prioritise user adoption.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
Team Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
* Manage the NW London digital transformation and delivery team.
* Prepare and present complex information to support decision-making.
* Nurture key relationships and maintain networks internally and externally.

Person Specification Knowledge training and experience

* 3 years digital transformation experience at a senior level
