Role: Therapeutic Residential Worker Salary: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on qualifications) - there will also be additional Sleep-in allowance of £50 per shift. How you'll help to create brighter futures As a Therapeutic Residential Worker, you will work with a wide range of professionals to ensure that the children and young people you support develop to their full potential. We will actively support you in your role and provide you with regular supervision / APR process and specialist training, from our newly developed Professional Development Centre. Providing high quality services that support the needs of the children and young people. Building excellent relationships with young people, their families and other care professionals. Being an advocate for the wellbeing of the young people Working within a Therapeutic model of care that has been specifically designed to support staff in providing trauma-informed, compassionate care for young people in residential care. Let's talk about you. QCF 3 diploma for children and Young People's workforce social care pathway or equivalent is desirable, or the willingness to work towards this. A positive approach, providing a fun environment for all the children in our care. A positive and confident approach to engaging with children and young people.
