About the Role
As a Brand Trainer, you will be essential in driving our growth and establishing our presence across the UK. Passionate about hospitality, you'll be instrumental in training and coaching our teams to consistently deliver our signature epic chicken experience to every guest, every day. Collaborating with the Training Team, you’ll deliver comprehensive training to new team members, while providing ongoing support to restaurants before, during, and after their launch. Your role will take you across the UK, leading training initiatives on-site and ensuring our new stores are set up for success.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and Deliver Tailored Training Programs: Create and implement brand-aligned, purpose-driven training for new and existing team members to ensure they are well-prepared and confident in their roles.
2. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with site management and the Operations Team to ensure all team members are fully trained and prepared before store openings.
3. Design and Execute Training Plans: Craft and execute detailed training plans, adapting them as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the business.
4. Manage Training Budgets: Ensure all training initiatives are delivered within budget, optimizing resources without compromising on quality.
5. Foster Team Dynamics: Organize team-building activities and other initiatives to strengthen team cohesion and cultivate a culture of inclusivity where every team member feels valued.
6. Personalise Learning Approaches: Tailor training methods to suit individual learning styles, ensuring that every team member receives the support they need to succeed.
7. Champion Team Excellence: Dedicate yourself to helping every team member reach their full potential, striving for continuous improvement and excellence in every interaction.
8. Cultivate Brand Culture: Embrace and embody the brand's culture and heritage, making it a central part of the training experience, particularly during new store openings.
9. Prioritise Guest Experience: Place the guest at the core of all training programs, empowering team members to enhance guest interactions and transform ordinary experiences into exceptional ones.
10. Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm, especially when entering new markets and during store openings.
11. Align with Business Operations: Maintain a deep understanding of business operations, working in sync with the Operations Team to deliver effective and timely training for new stores.

Candidate Requirement must haves:
24. Previous experience of Management in QSR/ hospitality is essential
25. Ability to travel across the UK for our restaurant openings is essential - away from home 3-5 days per week
26. Great at building relationships alongside strong communication skills
27. Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines
28. Can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve
29. A high level of passion for the hospitality industry with a keen interest in training as a career path
Desirable:
30. Previous hospitality training experience, ideally supporting openings or renovation training
31. An understanding of different learning styles, coaching and adaptive training techniques
32. Experience with digital and in-person workshops
