Industrial Placement Human Resources
Location: Frimley (Surrey)
Start Date: 23rd June 2025
BAE Systems offers a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. However, it is expected on our Industrial Placement programme you will be required to attend a minimum of 1 day per week on-site. The hybrid working arrangements, including which days you are required to work on-site/remotely, will be outlined by your line manager.

What you will be doing
You will be collaboratively working to enable business success in the specialist areas of Resourcing, Talent, Learning & Development, Graduate Programme Management, Leadership, and Performance, through design, implementation, and integration of people standards across BAE Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Integrating key HR activities across Learning, People Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management
* Co-ordinating Total Talent communication to HR Business stakeholders
* Drafting and producing team presentations
* Facilitating team meetings
* Stakeholder management
Skills and Qualifications
As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management. To be considered for this role you must be returning to university to complete your degree.
