JOB TITLE: Sales Support Administrator
HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday
START: ASAP
SALARY: £25,500
LOCATION: Bournemouth
CULTURE: Friendly and busy team
The role:
Providing a high level of administrative support to the Sales team
Providing outstanding customer service through telephone and email
Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets on Excel
Preparing documentation
Placing service orders with subcontractors
Assisting with quotes and issuing contracts
Completing service amendmentsWhat You'll Bring:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous administration experience
Previous experience within a fast paced role
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
