The incumbent will lead the key account team to drive and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability, as well as ensure seamless execution is in place.
Job Responsibilities
* Formulate and implement account strategies for key customers
* Identify opportunities to grow business
* Deliver company sales, visibility, and profitability targets within budget
* Build good, long-term relationships with key account customers
* Lead and coach key account team, working closely with the marketing team to achieve the company’s best interest
* Lead negotiation on trading terms, promotional agreements, and pricing structures
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with a major in a business-related discipline is preferable
* 8-10 years of key account management experience gained in a reputable FMCG company, with exposure to Household and Personal Care companies being a strong advantage
* Result-oriented, able to react quickly and flexibly
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Strong command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
