Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £100 – £120 per day

About the role:
Join Us as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Harrow! As an HLTA, you will work across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting class teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning environment, covering classes as required, and leading small group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential. This position requires a Level 4 HLTA qualification and a strong commitment to pupil progress.

Application Requirements:
• Hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
• Have experience working across KS1 and KS2.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be passionate about supporting pupil development.
• Provide a clear DBS check (or be willing to undergo one).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Lead small group sessions and interventions to support pupil progress.
• Cover classes in the absence of the class teacher.
• Provide pastoral care and support to pupils, fostering their emotional well-being.
• Work collaboratively with staff to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
