PART-TIME (25 hours p.w.) FTC PURCHASE LEDGER/ACCOUNTS - OLNEY – Salary Neg
We are looking for an experienced accounts related individual that will report into the Financial Controller to cover a fixed term contract. A varied role as outlined below:
Daily duties are likely to involve:
1. Match, code and process purchase invoices
2. Ensure relevant sign off
3. Liaise with suppliers to ensure payments are made with any queries resolved
4. Agree purchase ledger invoices with statements
5. Review, control, and reconcile aged creditors report
6. Accurately raise PO using the internal system
In return, what we need from you:
1. Similar experience to the above
2. Ability to work in the local office daily, hours to be agreed
3. Availability to commit to a 6 month period
4. Due to the nature of the rural location, you should drive and have your own transport or live locally
5. Please note the successful candidate will be subject to security checks. Therefore, you will have no unspent criminal convictions
