IMultiply are working in partnership with an exciting business in North Berwick who are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant, to join the team on a 12-month basis, covering Maternity Leave. This is a full-time opportunity, 37,5 hours per week, based in the office and can start as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: Process and issue sales invoices to group companies. Handle purchase invoices, working closely with the Procurement Team and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently. Assist with the preparation of payment runs, ensuring timely payments to suppliers. Experience and Skills Required: Previous experience in a finance role. Familiarity with financial or ERP systems Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing high volumes of invoices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong planning, organisational, and time-management abilities. A proactive and driven attitude.
