To work as part of a multi-functional integrated team, supporting Environmental Service on delivery of the Streetcare Service Action Plan. The role will involve working with Corporate Service taking appropriate action to provide an efficient and effective ‘one stop’ between services. Tracking actions, reporting on milestones and highlighting non-compliance or missed/delayed actions and suggesting remedial courses of action.
The role will work with the Head of Service, but will link into appropriate service managers to support relevant actions. The role will support the delivery of new routes and rounds for operations, customer information, procurement and link between the public service reform team and HR.
You will need good organisational skills and the ability to record accurate information and provide summaries of actions that require immediate escalation.
