College Student Administrator (Part time)
This role is paramount to ensuring the smooth running of the busy front office. The client is going through lots of positive changes, and this is a great time to join the team and be part of the journey.
Role Responsibilities
This role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to:
Managing reception, the phones and the general front entrance area
Meeting and greeting all students, guests and visitors
Liaising with internal teams and ordering office supplies
Acting as a host and fire marshal
Administration support and monitoring CCTV
Ensuring all student safeguarding regulations are met
Assisting with events, meetings, functions and tours

Experience
To be successful in this role you must be personable and welcoming as the face of the company. You will need excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to learn quickly. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong planning and coordination skills. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and protocols are highly important along with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Familiarity of, and experience in office management and reception work within a commercial or education setting and a customer service orientated professional outlook are vital.
Location
This role is fully office based in Oxford with no on-site parking.
This role is part-time during the hours of 1:30-7:30pm 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
