The Role This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of social strategy, content planning, and creative execution. You’ll work alongside iconic brands to craft insight-led messaging and content that grabs attention, builds brand preference, and drives action. Key Responsibilities Own Social-First Content Strategy Develop and lead B2B social content strategies across platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads. Align messaging, formats, and tactics to each stage of the funnel—from awareness through to conversion. Turn Insights into Messaging Interview subject matter experts and client stakeholders to extract valuable insights, and translate them into sharp, scroll-stopping messaging that’s aligned with the tone of the platform while resonating with nuanced B2B buyer personas. Create and Commission High-Impact Content Write or brief engaging, social-optimised content that’s tailored to modern B2B channels and trends. Think thumb-stopping, rather than white paper. Design Customer Journeys, Not Just Posts Map out multi-touchpoint campaigns that join up social content with landing pages, lead capture flows, and nurture journeys to create a frictionless path to conversion. Balance Brand and Performance Combine storytelling flair with a performance mindset. Produce content that entertains, educates, and drives results—ads that feel like content and content that performs like ads. Nice to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker) Experience in creating social campaigns for complex B2B sectors such as finance, fintech, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
