* Own the production and distribution of key documents: agendas, action logs, presentations, and performance packs.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries, and manage expenses and approvals.
* Maintain accurate contact and distribution lists; keep stakeholders connected and informed.
* Liaise professionally with internal teams and external clients to foster strong working relationships.
* Be an active contributor to the wider PA network and attend monthly coordination meetings.
What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a fast-moving business environment
* Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence with virtual meeting tools like Teams
* Outstanding organisation and time management – juggling multiple demands without dropping a detail
* A calm, professional presence with a natural ability to anticipate needs and spot problems early
* Discretion, diplomacy and confidence in handling sensitive data
* A team player attitude with the initiative to work independently and make decisions where needed
* The flexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry
