Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Chipping Warden. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the delivery of highways and deep drainage works. You will work closely with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman, ensuring that labour, plant, and materials are allocated effectively to meet project standards, timelines, and budget. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate resources (labour, plant, materials) for M&E works. Assist with the setting out team’s tasks, coordinating with contractors for efficient project delivery. Oversee and contribute to the performance and development of M&E Sub-Contractors. Solve technical problems on-site, working closely with senior team members and the Sub Agent. Ensure all team members have up-to-date information and resources for smooth operations. Support the production of programmes, progress reports, and resource and cost plans. Contribute to financial forecasting and project planning to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications & Experience: HNC/Degree in Construction, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or a related field. CSCS Card: White (Manager/Technical), White-Yellow, Red (Experienced Worker), Black (Manager), or Gold (Supervisor). Previous experience in structures is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in site engineering, particularly in highways and deep drainage. Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle
