Salary: Up to £42,000 + Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services.
* Inspect and maintain fire alarms, lighting systems, and HVAC equipment.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently.
* Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in a facilities management setting.
* Electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds).
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
* Full UK driving license.
