Bell Cornwall Recruitment is currently partnering with a reputable organisation in the legal sector to find a dynamic and organised Client Care Administrator. This role involves working within a vibrant and expanding team of administrators, focusing on client interactions across various legal domains such as Deputyships and disputes with local authorities related to long-term care funding.
Core Responsibilities:
Inbox Management:
* Monitor and respond to the team inbox promptly.
* Delegate tasks to the relevant individuals or teams as needed.
ID Checks and Anti-Money Laundering Queries:
* Conduct thorough ID checks.
* Address Anti-Money Laundering queries efficiently.
File Review and Information Chase:
* Review files and chase for outstanding information when necessary.
* Maintain organised records for in-house compliance.
Correspondence and Documentation:
* Communicate with local authorities regarding funding for long-term care.
* Draft forms and documents to progress deputyship applications for clients.
* Draft legal documents and correspondence as required.
Complaints Handling:
* Record and acknowledge complaints.
* Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure investigations and responses are carried out effectively.
Client Liaison:
* Liaise with clients, advisors, and other professionals on various legal matters.
* Ensure clear communication and maintain positive relationships.
Product and System Development:
* Gain exposure to the development of new products and systems within the organisation.
