Basic negotiable OTE: £50-60,000
Our client is directly authorised and provides non-advice life & protection solutions to clients throughout the UK.
They are not just another non-advice protection company, and as such, we are not looking for just any consultants to work for them.

They generate all their own leads in-house via a wide range of marketing initiatives, including collaborations with household names within sport.

What are they looking for?
To be considered for this role, you MUST have at least 2 years of previous phone-based protection sales experience, ideally working from web-generated enquiries, and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided through the use of a consultative sales approach.
Successful consultants can qualify for Elite status within the company, where you can choose your own hours of work and will only be measured on your results in terms of performance and quality of sale, NOT working hours, dials, or talk time.
Rewards:
Starting salary is based on previous performance and can be reviewed twice yearly. Existing top-performing consultants are earning more than £60,000+ thanks to an uncapped bonus scheme.
