As a Sales Administrator your role will revolve around providing support to the office in undertaking a range of office duties to support the sales team to manage a portfolio of accounts. Sales Administrator Responsibilities: Being the first point of contact with regards to welcoming visitors and answering inbound calls To provide clerical support to the External Sales Team, helping to process orders and general administrative tasks. Input orders onto system, creating a works order and acknowledgement within a set time To comply with the Health and Safety statement and the ISO procedures in all areas of responsibility. Sales Administrator Details: Pay: £12.21 PH Location: Willenhall Hours: 08:00 AM – 5:00PM (Monday – Friday) Sales Administrator Requirements: Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner To have a reliable, flexible and systematic approach to work Ability to undertake general administration tasks such as filing, inputting orders and dealing with basic customer enquiries Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel Sales Administrator Benefits: 20 Days holiday 8 Days bank holiday Pension after 3 months Parking
