Nestled in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, we are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate person.
* Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers and visitors effectively, efficiently and professionally.
* Conveying messages clearly, quickly and accurately.
* Signing in arrivals and obtaining signatures for all goods collected on the appropriate form.
* Checking deliveries and sign paperwork.
* Booking meeting rooms and informing staff of availability.
* Ensuring reception area is kept presentable at all times.
* Photocopying, printing and/or scanning all documents and bundles of documents as requested, using appropriate machine.
* Arranging, ordering and providing catering for meetings and events.
* Ensuring all meeting rooms are cleared and left tidy after meetings/events.
* Providing general administrative support and housekeeping duties to the office as needed.
