Nestled in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, we are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. If you have strong organisational skills, a welcoming attitude, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate person. Dealing with routine and difficult enquiries from telephone callers and visitors effectively, efficiently and professionally. Conveying messages clearly, quickly and accurately. Signing in arrivals and obtaining signatures for all goods collected on the appropriate form. Checking deliveries and sign paperwork. Booking meeting rooms and informing staff of availability. Ensuring reception area is kept presentable at all times. Photocopying, printing and/or scanning all documents and bundles of documents as requested, using appropriate machine. Arranging, ordering and providing catering for meetings and events. Ensuring all meeting rooms are cleared and left tidy after meetings/events. Providing general administrative support and housekeeping duties to the office as needed.
