Role: Locum Pharmacy Technician Banding: Band 4 Location: Warrington Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until the 29th of October 2024 Rate: £15 - £17 per hour Working Pattern: Full-time Monday to Friday, 08:30AM - 17:00PM About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Whiston. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality pharmacy services to our patients. Duties and Responsibilities: You will dispense medications. You will handle queries from patients and healthcare professionals. You will file and maintain accurate records. You will answer telephone calls and provide information as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Experience/Knowledge: NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician. Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting. Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Good organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
