Uniserve is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our procurement processes and driving cost reductions. Based in Upminster with visits to our Felixstowe site, on a regular basis. Your Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager. Data Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier information, conduct supplier reviews, and manage contract renewal processes. Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with suppliers and identify opportunities for cost savings. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on supplier performance and identify areas for improvement. Invoice and Payment Management: Monitor invoices, reconcile payments, and resolve discrepancies.
