We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our Private Sector team.
In this role, you will develop and nurture strong relationships with key business partners, resellers, and technology providers, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach. If you're passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of the tech industry, and thrive on building strategic partnerships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across multiple sectors.
• Proactively engage with Enterprise (250+ users) clients to provide hardware, software, and service solutions.
• Work with schools, universities, and businesses to introduce Converge’s IT solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues and offering tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For
• Demonstrable experience in direct sales/account management within the technology sector.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at an executive level.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Experience in solution selling and a deep understanding of enterprise IT needs.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Knowledge of the UK technology market, including trends and key players.
