Finance Business Partner - Hybrid Role
Salary Up to £48,000
We're recruiting on behalf of one of the largest integrated facilities management companies in Great Britain to help them find an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their central finance team based in Ipswich.
About the Role:
We are looking for a finance professional to join our clients central finance team based in Ipswich. We want an enthusiastic individual with a positive working attitude to join our team of 4,000 colleagues across the UK. The successful candidate will take responsibility to produce accurate and timely management accounts. This will involve full end to end month end processes plus full budget and forecasting cycles. The you will have proven experience in managing and developing relationships with teams both internally and externally as well as a broad financial understanding of how service organisations work with the ability to challenge the as is.
Key Responsibilities:
Production of accurate monthly management accounts for the division, including accrual calculations and accounting adjustments in accordance with relevant financial reporting standards & company policies.
Prepare variance analysis for operational services and support functions within the division.
Monthly management reporting including KPIs.
Production of budget and forecasts, working closely with the Operational Heads.
Manage the month-end timetable and communications with all relevant parties

Identify risks and support with mitigation strategies
Provide commercial support including bidding, pricing, and investment appraisals
Provide financial support on contract mobilisations/demobilisations
Liaise with internal and external auditors, and produce information as/when requested
Provide support to the Senior Finance Business Partner on financial matter
Support Operational Heads with ad hoc tasks, as/when required
Agree, calculate and report KPIs for each service within the division
Other adhoc finance duties

Location:
Ipswich town centre Office (Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office).
Salary:
Up to £48,000 per annum.
Who You Are:

Experienced in working with leadership teams and driving organisational change.
Qualified or in final stage of ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with teams both internally and externally.
