As a Telesales Executive, you'll deal with a variety of elements and tasks such as:
* Sell the benefits of leading conveyancing services to clients referred by member estate agents, whilst ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates.
* Outbound calling prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads.
* Answering inbound calls.
* Responding to email queries.
* Maximising conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth/sales targets.
* Ensuring daily tasks are met and working within a team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous sales experience in a sales role.
* Thrive working in dynamic and busy environments; this is not a back office role.
* A positive "can do" attitude is key to our culture and business model.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Calm under pressure; especially being able to meet tight deadlines.
* Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional relationships.
* Sound judgement and demonstrate a logical decision-making process when dealing with problems.
