The role: The school are looking to appoint a dynamic Geography Teacher on an interim basis. The role would be full time and start after Feb ½ term. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Geography across Key Stage 3 and 4 Inspire students through creative and thought-provoking teaching techniques Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential Promote a love for Geography through engaging lessons Work collaboratively with the department and contribute to ongoing curriculum development. Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing regular feedback What We Are Looking For: A qualified teacher with a degree in Geography or a related subject (QTS is essential) A passion for Geography and the ability to inspire students Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students at all levels Experience teaching Geography at secondary school level (desirable, but not essential for the right candidate) A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment What We Offer: A welcoming and supportive school community.
