Job Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:
* Support people managers with recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
* Conduct meetings with new starters and leavers to ensure smooth transitions
* Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide data insights and reporting
* Contribute to well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
* Assist with employee relations matters such as absence management and performance improvement
* Ensure HR processes, checklists, and policies are up to date and effectively implemented
* Support monthly payroll processes
* Take part in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Opportunity to develop into coaching, data analysis, and complex ER casework
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the HR Advisor role is someone with the following:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
* Solid understanding of current employment legislation
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
* Recruitment experience is essential
* CIPD qualification is desirable
* Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent time management
* Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters
