Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £24,000 - £45,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm + 1 in 3 weekends
My client is a leading Estate Agency based in Manchester and they are recruiting for an experienced Senior Negotiator to join their very successful team.
You will manage your own portfolio of properties across the UK, dealing with all aspects of handling a portfolio and maintaining a high level of customer service with a view of securing sales in the shortest period of time possible.
Senior Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:
1. Looking after a manageable portfolio and selling a targeted number of residential properties, our current sales negotiators are achieving comfortably.
2. Arranging viewings from the office and capturing feedback (NO SITE VISITS).
3. Present and accept offers.
4. Upsell services.
5. Update and maintain notes for your portfolio.
6. Negotiating sales and managing all aspects of the sale process.
7. Build a strong rapport with sellers and buyers.
8. Usage of Rightmove & Rightmove + to produce comparables and judge the current market.
Skills and Experience:
1. Driven and money-hungry with experience and a successful track record in property sales.
2. Career-focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
3. A dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property.
4. Have a proven record of negotiation and sales with 2 years of experience in the Residential Property Market.
5. You have consistently exceeded your negotiation/sales targets/goals.
6. Confident sales pitch and professional manner.
7. You know how to negotiate a deal where everyone wins.
8. You have outstanding people skills.
