Children’s Home Deputy Manager Location: Ilford, East London Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? The children's home in Ilford currently supports two young people, with the capacity to care for up to five, depending on the matching process. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help lead the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents. Hours: 40 hours per week between 8am and 8pm (specific shifts to be agreed with the Registered Manager). You will also work alternate weekends (either Saturday or Sunday).
