The Company
TDRC is working with a well-established and growing digital print business with a Head Office in South Devon. They have a wide portfolio of printed products for large household-name clients including Snapfish, Funky Pigeon, Boots, Tesco, Jessops, and Asda, delivering these products directly to the consumer.

The Role
This full-time, permanent role is part of the growing ERP function that enables more rapid project delivery and successful outcomes with their ERP system.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with key system users to gather and understand their business requirements and processes.
2. Design and configure customized solutions using Business Central to meet business needs.
3. Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Support the implementation of Business Central, including system setup, data migration, and user training.
5. Work alongside the Business Central Developer to design and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations.
6. Provide expertise in Business Central functionality across various modules, including financial management, supply chain management, manufacturing, and sales.
7. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
8. Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
9. Provide ongoing support to system users, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or updates as needed.
10. Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central releases and best practices.
Key Skills and Experience
1. Proven experience as a Business Central Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful implementations (E)
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and customization tools (E)
3. Proficiency in business process analysis and solution design (E)
4. Experience delivering Manufacturing and warehouse module implementation (E)
5. Experience in preparing functional design documentation (E)
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various levels (E)
7. Experience with related technologies, such as Power Platform and SQL Server (D)
8. Business awareness of a manufacturing environment (D)
9. Experience working with Business Central across the globe (USA & AU) (D)
10. Fluency in the English language (E)
