Reputable Care Agency based in Guildford, Surrey seeking two Senior Care Coordinators to assist our Registered Manager. We are a domiciliary agency and have supported living placements in Surrey providing care and accommodation to adults with mental health and learning disabilities.

Minimum 2-year experience in adult social care as Care Coordinator or Supervisor.
NVQ Level 3 or 5 preferred.
Pay- £15 per hour
40 hours weekly.
Must have UK driver’s license.
Good IT skills.
Overview
The Senior Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This position involves coordinating various aspects of care services, managing client relationships, and overseeing the administrative functions within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
Duties
1. Coordinate and manage care plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
2. Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and clients to facilitate communication and understanding of care requirements.
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and services provided.
4. Oversee scheduling of care staff and ensure adequate coverage for all clients.
5. Conduct regular assessments of client satisfaction and adjust care plans as necessary.
6. Provide support and guidance to junior staff members within the office.
7. Assist in training new employees on office procedures and best practices in client care.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the healthcare sector.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or social services sector is preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, families, and professionals.
4. Proficiency in office software applications for documentation and scheduling purposes.
5. A compassionate attitude towards clients and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
