IT Project & Programme Manager IT Project & Programme Manager required by my leading client in Milton Keynes. You must be a proven IT PM with a passion for delivering high-impact technology initiatives We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead IT and business-driven projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Role: Lead and manage IT-led and business-led projects and programmes, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, mitigating risks and managing resources effectively Implement best practices, governance structures, and standard methodologies to drive consistency and excellence in project execution Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and successful project outcomes Balance strategic priorities with operational delivery to maximise technology investments and drive continuous improvement You Proven experience in IT project and programme management, delivering complex initiatives in a structured environment. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills Expertise in project governance, best practices, and frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile methodologies Ability to drive innovation, process improvements, and business transformation through technology Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project and programme management at a senior level, preferably within a medium-sized and fast-paced business environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery in line with business objectives. Experience working with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between IT and business stakeholders. Proven experience in delivering complex IT projects and programmes, ideally within medium size organisations. Expertise in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a hybrid role but you MUST be within 1hr commute of Milton Keynes and be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
