35 Hours Per Week Closing Date: 20 September 2024 Salary: £23,000 per annum This exciting new role within the Access & Rights of Way Team will provide the opportunity to work closely with our stakeholders, establishing and developing new relationships and maintaining existing ones. You will be working closely with our brilliant Access volunteers and affiliated Equestrian Access Groups (EAGs), from the recruitment process through to providing ongoing support for all kinds of interesting equestrian access and rights of way matters. The successful candidate will be a people-person with excellent communication skills across all platforms. Volunteer support is an essential part of this role, as is an adaptable approach to problem solving. Relevant training and development will be provided to support you within this role. Location: Our office is based near Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, and we’re typically working from there 2-3 days a week, with flexibility to work remotely. You’re also welcome to work in the office more frequently. Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week – with an early finish on a Friday We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we’re happy to discuss. Coordinating the recruitment process for BHS Access Volunteers and affiliated EAGs. Working with databases regularly. writing nominations and citations for awards for our stakeholders.
