We are seeking an HR Manager to drive HR strategy and enhance business performance within a well-established group representing iconic automotive brands. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the Managing Director, providing both strategic guidance and practical HR support across multiple dealership locations in the South West. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding HR service. Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices. Oversee recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent. Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle disciplinary and grievance matters, partnering with managers to ensure fair and effective resolutions. Continuously review and update HR policies in line with employment legislation. Foster a positive workplace culture, building strong relationships across all levels. Develop and implement HR strategies to boost employee engagement, retention, and performance. Travel across dealership sites to provide tailored HR support. A company vehicle and business mileage allowance are provided. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
