What will I be doing? Overall purpose: As a Quality Coordinator, your role is to help maintain a programme of continuous improvement across our quality management systems. Your role will focus on providing specialist advice and support to the management teams regarding quality and food safety regulations. The role will also involve: Completing internal audits of site and systems Coordinating training events Recording evidence and reporting compliance Writing monthly KPI reports Administering document management systems to ensure procedures and policies are up to date and controlled Helping ensure compliance to BRCGS Record and investigate non-conformance to regulatory standards Support area managers in setting and meeting objectives to drive improvement Supporting the Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager in the coordination of external consultants (helping with external audits and ensuring actions are completed) What skills do I need?
