Proven experience in a senior nursing role (such as clinical lead, unit manager or deputy nurse manager), within a nursing home setting. Excellent clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of care planning, medication management, and CQC regulations. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting dignity and respect for residents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
