Main duties of the job
You will be degree educated with enhanced CPD includingrelevant management experience. You will have at least two years demonstrableexperience of operating at a senior level preferably within Mental Healthsectors. You may have a professional clinical background; this is not arequirement but would be an advantage. Youwill possess an understanding of contractual requirements and potentialexperience of working with commissioners. We are seeking a unique individualwho can inspire and motivate our staff, building strong team approaches andproviding leadership to support the overall effectiveness of the organisation.
Our exceptional clinical teams offer psychotherapies acrossthe age span and offer assessments for autism and ADHD. Our clinicians are specialists, and we aim towelcome clients seamlessly into our service, to provide the excellence of service(s)they need. Our efficient Admin supportconcentrates on the different needs for our client groups.

Experience
Essential
9. Previous experience as an Operational Manager or other senior managerial experience in fast moving health or mental health setting.
10. Experience of strategy implementation.
11. Commercial and business management experience, particularly in terms of business growth.
12. Computer literacy, including knowledge Microsoft Office packages and the ability to learn and work with other software packages.
Desirable
13. Good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a CQC Registered Manager and the regulations relating to community mental health services.
