We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator in York to support a team with processing orders and handling enquiries. This is on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
If you have experience working within an office-based Customer Service role, are confident on the phone, and enjoy speaking with people, this could be a great role for you!
Some of the Customer Service Administrator duties are:
* Processing customer orders from the website and email inbox into Sage 50
* Speaking with customers to assist with enquiries
* Providing updates on orders and notifying customers of any delays
We’re looking for a friendly and approachable person who can chat with customers and colleagues alike, and who has excellent IT skills able to work on different systems.
This will be working part-time, 3-4 days a week, Monday to Thursday 9am-2 or 3pm, earning a salary of £14.35 per hour.
