As a Head of Finance based in our Warwick office (3 days a week), you’ll be responsible for:
1. Advising the Managing Director of our Infrastructure businesses and Leadership Teams on all matters relating to past, current and future financial performance within the business.
2. Providing direction on the financial and operational strategy of the business.
3. Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process.
4. Oversight of all financial and accounting matters including month end reports, management accounts, presentation of management information and KPIs.
5. Identifying process simplification initiatives and taking ownership for delivering change and sharing best practices across the wider finance team.
6. Building excellent relationships with wider finance teams and support functions.
7. Directing and coaching direct reports and the wider finance team.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
8. Qualified accountant – CIMA, ACA or ACCA with experience operating at a senior level with strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
9. Strong leadership skills and experience of working as an operational leadership team in a multi-site organisation
10. Experience managing a team, supporting and developing them
11. Strong communication and influencing skills, engaging individual
