Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the sales process and have experience in utilising software tools such as Salesforce to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Duties
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using Salesforce software.
7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s offerings.
Skills
1. Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a relevant industry.
2. Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
4. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £38,800.00 per year
